Delivery Policy
All Orders that are coming from our Ireland depot, we aim them to be delivered within 5 - 7 working days from invoice date not including weekends and bank holidays.
All Orders that are coming from our UK depot, we aim them to be delivered within 48 hours from invoice date not including weekends and bank holidays.
Estimated 2 days delivery means it is in stock at Border Agri and will be shipped ASAP.
Estimated 5 days delivery means it is in stock at our warehouse and has to come from there. A daily order is placed with them.
Oversized and heavy items (eg. mudguards & clutch assemblies, some fuel tanks) will come via our stock pallet order, this is placed once a week, on a Thursday at 1400 hrs.
We do not ship outside UK at this moment.
Customer Returns Policy
- All goods are supplied with a 3 month warranty and will be replaced with a new item as long as it has not been modified or seals broken to check a fault.
- Any items that have been received that are classed as faulty or not working, will be replaced and the faulty one collected by Border Agri Parts. Any request outside the 3 month warranty will not be accepted.
- Goods that are not compatible as per listing on the website will be accepted for return up to 30 working days from the date of invoice and in resalable condition. Any goods agreed for return outside of the 30 day limit will be subject to a 25% reshelving/ handling charge up to 3 months of date of invoice. Any term over 3 months from the date of invoice will be classified as an exceptional return request and point 5 of the policy applies.
- Goods classified as “ordered incorrectly” or “not required” by the customer will be subject to a 25% reshelving/ handling charge and will not be accepted or agreed for return unless pre-approved. Refunds are for the item including VAT only and does not include the postage paid to ship the item.
- Any goods received damaged or incorrect must be reported within 72 hours of receipt, it’s the responsibility of the customer to check the package / parcel / pallet if damage is reported after 72 hours of receipt Border Agri Parts may not approve or except the claim.
- Any parts that have been modified or seals broken on the item (eg. opened to check a fault) automatically invalidates the warranty. This should not be done without prior authorisation from Border Agri Parts. Any items that will not be accepted as a return or be issued a refund.
- All applications for a customer order return must be requested via an emailed to info@borderagriparts.co.uk. Return requests will not be accepted via phone. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be refunded until the sender has contacted Border Agri Parts via email.
- All returns must be requested via an email to info@borderagriparts.co.uk and completed with the following information: correct part number, qty for return, reason for return and original invoice number. If all the relevant information requested is not supplied, the returns request could be refused. Once the return request is approved, an email confirming this will be sent. A copy of the approval email must be attached to the items in order for Border Agri Parts to identify the items as a return. Failure to do so will result in delayed processing of the return through the warehouse thus delaying the credit to your account.
- Once a return request has been approved it is the responsibility of the customer to send the goods back to Border Agri Parts. The approved return request is valid for 10 working days, if the goods are not returned to Border Agri Parts within the 10 working days from date of approval the return request will be cancelled.
- Exceptional Return Request: In the event that a customer needs to return items well outside the 30 day limit and exceeds the timescale listed in point 1 of this policy, Border Agri Parts will view this on a case by case basis “if approved” the return will be subject to a 25% reshelving/ handling charge. It is important to note that no returns will be accepted for return over 6 months from the date of invoice. Refunds are for the item including VAT only and does not include the postage paid to ship the item.
- All returns postage is to be paid for by the person returning the item and not Border Agri Parts.
- All goods must be returned in a resaleable condition and in the original packaging.
- Goods returned without approval will not be credited.
- All items that were ordered from our Ireland depot that are returned to us will be subject to a 25% reshelving/ handling fee.
- Warranty is only available to the original customer who purchased the product.
- All approved credits will be issued at the original customer who purchased the product.
- All bespoke / special orders for customer are excluded from the customer returns policy as Border Agri Parts will not issue credit for these items as they are generally non stocked items or made to order.
- Any items / Parcels received incorrectly by a customer in error Border Agri Parts will arrange collection for the goods at no cost to the customer who received the items. This applies to a customer receiving another customers order or the customer receiving an item not ordered “picking error” either a collection will be arranged or an “exchange” will be arranged.
