Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

Q: Is an item in stock? A: Items are in stock unless stated as Out Of Stock. Estimated 2 days delivery means it is in stock at Border Agri Parts while Estimated 5 days delivery means it is in stock at the warehouse and has to come from there.

Q: Is an item compatible with my tractor? A: Each listing has a Tractor Compatibility list located below the description and OEM reference numbers. If your tractor is not listed then the item is not compatible.

Q: I have seen an item on your website, can I have more information please? A: To get more information we require the part number of the item you are looking at (this can be found next to the picture of the item).

Q: I have an manufacturers part number, do you sell the item? A: You can search any manufacturers part number by placing the number in the search bar. If the number is live, it will bring up the item that we sell. If it does not bring any item up then we so not sell the item.

Q: How much is delivery to Postcode XXX XXX? A: If you add the item to the basket and select the part of the country you are in then the delivery cost is automatically calculated.

Q: Can I get the item quicker than the "estitmated 5 days delivery"? A: We can get the item sent direct however this will incur an additional delivey cost (extra to what you have already paid) which will not be know until it has been dispatched. You will be contacted once the item has been dispatched for payment.

Q: What is the cost of the item. A: The cost (with & without VAT) is on the listing of the item.

Q: What happens if the item I receive doesnt fit my listed tractor? A: Please contact the parts department via email: info@borderagriparts.co.uk, stating your order number (INV1234) and the part number with the reason for return. Once authority is given to return the item, you have 10 days to return the item. Q: I have received the incorrect part? A: Please contact the parts department via email: info@borderagriparts.co.uk, stating your order number (INV1234) and the part number of the item received (found on the packaging) and the part number of the item ordered (on your invoice). 

Q: The item I received is faulty, what should I do? A: As per the returns policy you have 72 hrs from delivery to register the item is faulty via email: info@borderagriparts.co.uk and a replacement will be ordered / shipped with the faulty item being collected. If an item fails once fitted and within 3 months of delivery then this will be replaced as per our returns policy. Border Agri Parts | Delivery & Returns

Q: Can I return my order or part of my order? A: You can return you items whether they were ordered incorrectly or no longer required. Please contact the parts department via email: info@borderagriparts.co.uk, stating your order number (INV1234) and the part number of the item with the reason for return. Once authority is given to return the item, you have 10 days to return the item. There is a restocking fee of 25% for any items that are class as "ordered incorrectly or no longer required". How to return items is listed in our returns policy.  Border Agri Parts | Delivery & Returns
