Delivery Information
1. Items on an "Estimated 5 days delivery" means the item is in stock at our warehouse in Ireland and must come from there. A order is placed with them every day. We aim to have the order delivered 5 working days from the invoice date excluding weekends.
2. Items on an "Estimated 2 days delivery" means the item is in stock at Border Agri's location. We aim to have the order delivered 2 working days from the invoice date excluding weekends
3. If your order is mixed between 2 days and 5 days delivery, your order will be shipped as one. Border Agri Parts will not ship as two separate parcels.
4. Oversized and heavy items (e.g. mudguards & clutch assemblies, some fuel tanks) may be dispatched directly from the warehouse. This may take a little longer than for normal sized items.
5. If you live in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands then delivery may take a little longer than advertised, like wise if your order is oversized and requires a pallet delivery.
6. If an order is late from the warehouse (Estimated 5 days delivery), you will be informed by email. The main reason for any delays is customs or the courier the warehouse has used. This normally is only a day late. If the delay is over the estimated delivery time, then you have the right to cancel your order and claim a full refund of the invoice total.
7. You as the customer, will receive information from the courier Border Agri Parts has used to ship your order. This will include your tracking number. It is up to the customer to liaise with the relevant courier reference their package. If you have no information, then contact Border Agri Parts who will assist in tracing the package (include name, postcode and invoice number).
8. The courier will attempt to deliver up to 3 times before it will be returned to Border Agri Parts. You will then be contacted and if you require the order to be resent you may incur an additional delivery cost.
9. If you require the package to be left in a safe place, this can be requested on the special instructions, but the liability will fall on the customer and not Border Agri Parts.
10. If your package arrives damaged, before opening it, take photos of the box at every angle including close-up shots of the area where it is damaged. Open the package to confirm your order is complete. If any items are missing or damaged, send an email to info@borderagriparts.co.uk including photos of the damaged package.
11. If a package has been left without prior authorisation and the item is not in the designated place (courier should provide a card stating the location) then the item may have been stolen. If you believe this is the case, contact Border Agri Parts via email stating your name, postcode and invoice number. Border Agri Parts will investigate and if required a refund or replacement will be sent.
12. We use various couriers to ship orders. These are mainly DPD and APC.
13. At present, we do not ship outside the UK.
