Warranty Information
1. All items supplied come with a 12-month replacement part warranty which is valid from the date of invoice. The warranty period is set by the supplier.
2. The warranty covers breakdowns of faults due to defects in materials and does not cover wear and tear, incorrect installation, lack of maintenance, accidental damage or damage caused by negligence, misuse or unauthorised modification.
3. Labour charges for refitting items or consequential damage is not covered by Border Agri Parts.
4. Parts that are fitted and fail after a short period of time, must be reported to info@borderagriparts.co.uk and must include the outline of failure along with images of the failure. It is not adequate to list the item as “faulty” as a reason. Failure to provide detailed information will result in rejection of the claim. Requests will not be accepted over the phone.
5. Any parts that are confirmed as faulty or not working will be replaced with a new item and the original part will be collected by Border Agri and at no extra cost to the customer.
6. If a part has been modified or seals broken then this automatically VOIDS the warranty. Body panels must be test fitted prior to painting, Border Agri Parts will not be liable for the costs of painting prior to fitting.
7. Warranty is only available to the original customer who purchased the part.
8. Requests will not be authorised outside of the 12-month warranty period.
9. If the part cannot be replaced then a refund will be issued.
